As the President and Founder of CE Painting, Eric Crews brings nearly three decades of experience and expertise to the company. With a passion for entrepreneurship and business growth, Eric sets the strategic direction of the company and oversees its day-to-day operations. He is also committed to fostering a strong company culture and provides ongoing support to the Sales and Marketing team.

In addition to his work at CE Painting, Eric is an active coach and mentor to other entrepreneurs and senior leaders. In his free time, he enjoys sailing, running, and competing in Ironman triathlons, and is dedicated to supporting the Special Olympics of Massachusetts and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute through his fundraising efforts.

As the Vice President of Operations at CE Painting, Christopher Sullivan is the driving force behind the company's operations, ensuring that every project is executed flawlessly and to the highest standards of quality. With over two decades of experience in the painting industry, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, and is ultimately responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and with impeccable attention to detail.

While his passion for painting is undeniable, Chris is first and foremost a dedicated family man, and enjoys spending time with his three children and tackling home improvement projects in his free time. Whether he's leading a team of expert tradespeople or coaching his kids' sports teams, Chris brings the same level of commitment, enthusiasm, and integrity to everything he does.

Brendan Leonard is the Chief Revenue Officer for CE Paint. An accomplished C-suite executive, he is recognized for expertly cultivating profitable growth for business influencers and industry leaders. 

Brendan is an industry-agnostic changemaker undeterred by challenging or uncomfortable scenarios. He brings fresh perspectives and multi-industry learnings to unaccustomed environments.

Motivated to help people fulfill their potential, Brendan employs innovation, urgency, and empowerment to drive revenue, enterprise value, and successful mergers and acquisitions. In 0000, the US President honored Brendan in the Oval Office with the President's "E" Award for Excellence in Exporting.

Brendan earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Sean joined the CE Painting team in the Spring of 2021 as a Senior Project Manager with 25 years of paint industry experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Boston and began his paint and coatings career with the Sherwin-Williams Company. Sean’s product knowledge includes architectural, commercial, and industrial technologies from Benjamin Moore, Devoe Coatings, Tnemec, and PPG, among others. As a PM, he is well-equipped to plan, lead, and execute successful projects in line with CE Painting's motto: On Time, On Budget, and Done Right.

In his free time, Sean enjoys volunteering, rooting for Boston sports teams, playing golf, and traveling with his family, who reside in Nashua, NH.

Peter is a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the paint Industry. As a Senior Project Manager for CE Painting he brings a wealth of product knowledge and expertise to every project. Peter's attention to detail, consistent smile, and ability to effectively manage multiple jobs and assure a top quality job makes him an invaluable asset to CE Painting. Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, two children and his adorable boxer pup Izzy.  When he is not on the job you can find him on the golf course, even though he admits he is not the best golfer.  Peter is a big Boston sports fan and while loyal to all of his teams his heart belongs to the Bruins.

Adam Palmer is a Project Manager at CE Painting, responsible for overseeing numerous projects and painting teams. A Navy veteran, Adam brings his leadership skills and attention to detail to ensure that all projects are executed with precision and completed on time. He coordinates with general contractors for scheduling and helps with sequencing of jobs to make sure that the quality is up to our high standards.

When he's not on the job site, Adam enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his family. He is also an avid supporter of youth sports and can often be found coaching his daughter's soccer team.

As a project Manager for CE Painting, Bob Chalif our is involved with projects from budgeting to closeout and everything in-between. Bob is a resource to his customers. He does not have all the answers, but is pretty good at finding them.

Bob wakes up every day with the intention of making something better. He will always be authentic with his answers, even if it’s not the answer you were looking for. Bob is  passionate about being a part of a great team who helps make places brighter, safer and more beautiful.

"Not many people have seen first hand how giving a manufacturing space a face lift can immediately increase the quality of life for the people who spend their day there. May not be sexy, but I think it’s kind of awesome.” -Bob. 

Outside of the office Bob spends most of his time enjoying the Seacoast of NewHampshire with his family. When He’s not cheering on his children in various activities he still finds time to occasionally compete in local Brazilian JiuJitsu tournaments.

Mark Floryan joined CE Painting in 2023.  Mark covers CT and Western MA where he is responsible for both business development and project management.  Mark has over twenty years of experience in the commercial painting industry throughout New England and NewYork.  Mark has broad and deep experience earlier in his career with corporate positions, business ownership and schoolteaching.  

Mark has three adult children. Outside interests include pickle ball, working out, motorcycle riding and gun club.

Charles Li is an integral member of the CE Painting team where he serves as the Controller. With his extensive experience and performance-driven approach, Charles oversees corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Prior to joining CE Painting, Charles served as the Financial Controller at Innovation Group, a Carlyle Group owned company. His expertise and dedication ensure that the company operates with the highest level of financial integrity and accountability.

Beyond his impressive professional accomplishments, Charles also has a passion for travel. He strives to visit one foreign country every year and has already explored many parts of the world. When he's not analyzing financial data, Charles can be found planning his next adventure or spending time with his family.

Joanne Lunn is a key member of the CE Painting team, serving as our Business Development Manager. With her infectious positivity and outgoing personality, Joanne excels in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Her friendly and approachable demeanor makes her a pleasure to work with, and she is always looking for new ways to grow our client base.

When Joanne is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially at the beach. Her passion for connecting with people extends beyond her work, as she values building meaningful connections in her personal life as well. We are proud to have Joanne as part of the CE Painting family and know that she will continue to be an invaluable asset to our team.

Edward Johnson is the Office Manager at CE Painting. With years of experience in the industry, Edward has a deep understanding of the administrative side of the business. He works closely with the Controller to ensure that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively, leaving our clients free to focus on their business. With his friendly demeanor and exceptional communication skills, Edward is always available to address any questions or concerns that clients may have.

Outside of work, Edward enjoys spending time with his wife and playing guitar in his spare time. With a passion for music, he loves to attend concerts and festivals, and is always looking for new music to discover.

Marina McCauley is a Project Accountant with CE Painting and she helps the team in so many different ways beyond accounting - including lending support to Project Managers in the field, office management responsibilities and sales and marketing support. She is adept at multi-tasking and helps brighten each room she enters with an optimistic spirit and positive attitude.

In her personal time Marina enjoys playing video games and embarking on adventures with her dog and companion.
